Here is the solution that worked for me <\/p>\n<p>If you want to reset the entire <a href=\"http:\/\/www.windowsreference.com\/security\/reset-the-entire-registry-permissions-to-defaults\/#\">registry<\/a> permissions to defaults follow these steps <\/p>\n<p><strong>Note:-<\/strong> Before Doing any changes to registry plesae take a backup and start your changes<\/p>\n<p>First you need to download SubInACL from <a href=\"http:\/\/www.microsoft.com\/downloads\/details.aspx?FamilyId=E8BA3E56-D8FE-4A91-93CF-ED6985E3927B&amp;displaylang=en\">here<\/a><\/p>\n<p>SubInACL is a command-line tool that enables administrators to obtain <a href=\"http:\/\/www.windowsreference.com\/security\/reset-the-entire-registry-permissions-to-defaults\/#\">security<\/a> information about files, registry keys, and services, and transfer this information from user to user, from local or global group to group, and from <a href=\"http:\/\/www.windowsreference.com\/security\/reset-the-entire-registry-permissions-to-defaults\/#\">domain<\/a> to domain.<\/p>\n<p>Create a file with the name reset.cmd under C:\\Program Files\\Windows Resource Kits\\Tools folder<\/p>\n<p>Now you need to Edit the reset.cmd <a href=\"http:\/\/www.windowsreference.com\/security\/reset-the-entire-registry-permissions-to-defaults\/#\">file<\/a> and add the following lines<\/p>\n<p>subinacl \/subkeyreg HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE \/grant=administrators=f    <br \/>subinacl \/subkeyreg HKEY_CURRENT_USER \/grant=administrators=f     <br \/>subinacl \/subkeyreg HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT \/grant=administrators=f     <br \/>subinacl \/subdirectories %SystemDrive% \/grant=administrators=f<\/p>\n<p>subinacl \/subkeyreg HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE \/grant=system=f    <br \/>subinacl \/subkeyreg HKEY_CURRENT_USER \/grant=system=f     <br \/>subinacl \/subkeyreg HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT \/grant=system=f     <br \/>subinacl \/subdirectories %SystemDrive% \/grant=system=f<\/p>\n<p>Save and exit your file<\/p>\n<p>Now you need to open command prompt run the following command<\/p>\n<p>cdcd \u201cC:\\Program Files\\Windows Resource Kits\\Tools\u201d<\/p>\n<p>after this press enter and enter the following command<\/p>\n<p>reset.cmd<\/p>\n<p>after entering this please press enter<\/p>\n<p>fter a few minutes by processing subinacl, the permission <a href=\"http:\/\/www.windowsreference.com\/security\/reset-the-entire-registry-permissions-to-defaults\/#\">will<\/a> be reset<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>http:\/\/www.windowsreference.com\/security\/reset-the-entire-registry-permissions-to-defaults\/ &#160; I had some problems with my registery permissions a while ago, I couldn\u2019t delete any thing any more, so I was looking for something that could reset my registery permissions to defaults.
