Mount Restore Point in WinRE to recover registry hives

vssadmin.exe list shadows

mklink /D c:\shadow1 <PATH TO SHADOW COPY VOLUME>

Make sure to add two trailing \\ to that path above

Access c:\shadow1 for files

rmdir c:\shadow1 when done
